How do I book with Stay Aways?
Stay Aways endeavour to make the booking process
seamless and stress-free. If there is anything you don't
understand or any questions you need to ask, just pick up the phone or email us. We are here to help.
Once you have chosen your holiday you will need to:
1. Contact Stay Aways via phone or email us. We will discuss your options and suitability, please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
Fill in and complete the booking forms (don’t forget to sign)
Send the completed forms back with the deposit.
2. If you would like more information about having a supported holiday, or would like to design your own holiday, give us a call and we will organise a time to discuss our many options.

Please read the category description and the ratio of staff to customers below. All holidays and tours are based and priced on a 1:4 ratio. Please contact us for other ratio prices.

Guests who require minimal support in mobility,
Guests who need minimal personal support, (personal needs will be met)
Guests who are socially aware.

Guests who need medium support with personal care
Guests who need medium support with mobility.
Guests that’s need medium support with eating
Guests that need medium support in social situations.
Staff Ratio 1:1
This Ratio is also for guests who prefer one on one. but still have good mobility and require minimal personal support
